What does coaching have to offer general practice?

What is coaching, and what does it offer GPs? Heather Shearer has a PhD in Psychology and has been a Senior Practitioner with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, working with GPs for over five years. This interactive, discussion-based Learn and Connect will explore what coaching is and is not and how it might help GPs and GP registrars from across Angus, North Fife, Perth, and Tayside in their day-to-day work.
