This session will be beneficial for all GPs who deliver baby checks in the surgery as well as GP registrars and newly qualified GPs who have not had formal paediatric training. During the session we will look at The Healthy Child Programme, the 6-8 week check, screening, what to do when things go wrong, and common reasons to refer.

Severn Faculty RCGP Gala Dinner & Dance 2026

RCGP, Severn Faculty Board would like to invite you to our annual Gala Dinner & Dance with guest speaker, Dr Victoria Tzortziou-Brown. This is our annual faculty in person social and is a great opportunity to get together with colleagues and friends in a great venue, new for this year at the Harbour Hotel Bristol. Witnessing verbal and physical abuse, discrimination, racism and micro-aggression effects everyone! Have you ever been in a situation where you want to challenge someones behaviour - but you didnt know how to do it or what to say? This session has been developed to support ALL members of the Primary Care Team and we welcome anyone who works in a primary care setting to attend.
