Euphoria Dance & Movement Session - Friday 22 May 2026

EUPHORIA Dance & Movement is a joyful, one hour pop fuelled class on 2 May 2026, 10–11am, at St Paul’s Church, Heaton Moor. Led by Manchester based award winning artist Helen Goalen, each session includes a cardio warm up, simple routine and calming cool down. Open to all abilities, no experience needed. Free for RCGP members, £10 for non members. Expect an inclusive, welcoming atmosphere focused on joy, creativity and making time for yourself in a supportive, uplifting space for everyone.
