Equality and diversity: Disability
If you are neurodivergent, have a long-term condition or a disability, we want you to feel supported at the College. We recognise the existing inequalities for people in this space and our EDI Action Plan (PDF file, 299 KB) lays out the steps we are taking as part of this work including accessibility considerations (online and in our premises), reasonable adjustments and supportive networks.
What we're doing
We have an active Digital Accessibility Working Group for staff members, which seeks to make our digital communications and platforms as usable for as many people as possible. Our website currently scores 91% on accessibility according to the Silktide web governance platform.
