GPs are open to change - but abandoning the partnership model is not the answer, writes College Chair

Writing for Labour List, College Chair Professor Kamila Hawthorne explains that when the general practice partnership is properly resourced, it allows GPs and their teams to innovate and tailor care to the needs of their local communities.

Kamila also warns that the wholesale rejection of the partnership model will not solve the workforce and workload crisis in general practice.
