Inverness | Thrive in First5 (Cohort 7)

Thrive in First5 is a new programme designed to support Scotland-based GPs in their first five years post-qualification. Led by an experienced GP coach, it offers workshops with practical tools and techniques, short webinars throughout the year, an annual networking event, and ongoing peer support via a closed WhatsApp group. The course runs face to face across two workshops (09:30–16:30) on Thursday 24 September and Thursday 15 October 2026.
