Yoga Retreat for GPs

Join us for a half day retreat designed to support GPs in resetting the nervous system, reliving physical tension and creating space for deep rest, hosted at the beautiful Waterside Wellbeing. The escape includes Hatha Yoga, Breathwork, Sound Bath and also a healthy light lunch. Explore the benefits of green social prescribing with Natural England - Goss Moor, Cornwall

GPs and social prescribers are invited to this workshop to learn about developments in nature connection and the associated health and wellbeing benefits, green social prescribing and greening up the NHS at the Clay TAWC community hub with talks from public health and Natural England. Followed by a guided walk on the nearby beautiful Goss Moor national nature reserve which is managed by Natural England.

Cumbria family fun & wellbeing day at Watchtree Nature Reserve

Join us on this fascinating 'back to nature' day out at Watchtree Nature Reserve. There are lots of adventures to be had when visiting the reserve, including walking the many trails, spotting the diverse wildlife, and just getting yourself immersed in nature. Please feel free to bring a packed lunch or snacks to enjoy around the campfire. Throughout, we will be supported by a trained nature guide. Open to all members, family, friends and pooches.

Severn sustainability and wellbeing day 2026

Come and join us for our annual Planetary Health event 2026, "Earth on Fire" where we will have several speakers discussing various topics about sustainability and our planet. There will also be time allocated for mindfulness and wellbeing activities including a herb walk around the Penny Brohn Estate and making fire cider. Our Severn sustainability and wellbeing day 2026 will be taking place at Penny Brohn, Pill, Bristol on Monday 27 April 2026. This event is Free to RCGP Members with a refundable £15 deposit (refunded provided you attend) and £30 for non RCGP Members
