First5 to partnership is a dynamic new programme that aims to support GPs who are in their first five years after qualifying. Led by an experienced GP coach, this programme includes workshops to offer practical tools and techniques, short webinars throughout the year, an annual networking event and ongoing peer support through a closed WhatsApp group.
