Have you ever been in a situation where you want to challenge someone’s behaviour - but you didn’t know how to do it or what to say? This session has been developed to support ALL members of the Primary Care Team. It includes self-coaching techniques to help you keep a cool head when you’re faced with a challenging situation, and assertive language devices which you can use to make sure your voice is heard if you want to raise a concern.
