Following the recent governance refresh, this online induction session will consolidate the recent changes to the Board structure, and provide an overview to Faculty Board operations and good practice guidance. Open to new and returning Faculty Board members.
Our Faculty Board meets quarterly (February, June, September, and November), primarily online. It comprises GP volunteers, lay representatives, and members from groups like First5 and GP registrars. Volunteers bring insights, share local updates, and shape general practice via feeding in to National Council Meetings. We encourage local GPs to join the Mersey Faculty and contribute actively.
