The RCGP 1-day SCA preparation course

This SCA preparation course is designed to help ST3s who are preparing to sit their SCA examination. The day will involve our lead facilitator showing you how to structure and manage your consultations to give you the best possible chance of success in the SCA exam.

RCGP Wales - Joint Injection 10 November 2026

This 1-day Joint Injection course is aimed at practitioners working with musculoskeletal patients who would like to improve their assessment, diagnosis and management of musculoskeletal conditions, including the role of, the theory behind and practical use of corticosteroid joint and soft tissue injections. The course is suitable for all skill levels. This is a highly practical course and consists of a series of short and punchy lectures in the morning, followed by hands-on demonstrations and supervised practice for the remainder of the day.

RCGP North Wales Faculty Board Meeting November 2026

Our Faculty Board meets quarterly (February, June, September, and November), primarily online. It comprises GP volunteers, lay representatives, and members from groups like First5 and GP registrars. Volunteers bring insights, share local updates, and shape general practice. The board represents local views at RCGP Wales and Council meetings. We encourage local GPs to join and contribute actively.

Severn Faculty Board meeting 11 November 2026

Severn Faculty RCGP are hosting their board meeting on Wednesday 11 November 2026 at Mercure Bristol North The Grange Hotel. The evening will begin a hot buffet dinner from 6.30pm. This is a great opportunity to network, meet the board and many other Severn Faculty colleagues, and have an enjoyable evening! As well as our normal board meeting activities it will include interesting short talks from recipients of Severn Faculty bursaries awarded through the year.
