We’re carrying out an important upgrade to our systems to improve the services we provide to our members. Access to online systems and contact points, including MyRCGP and the member helpdesk, are temporarily unavailable with a gradual restoration of services from Tuesday 16 December.
Please be aware that during this time, you won’t be able to log in to your membership account, update your profile, or access event, exam booking or eLearning.
After the upgrade, you will be asked to change your password the first time you log in.
