This session will be beneficial for all GPs who deliver baby checks in the surgery as well as GP registers and newly qualified GPs who have not had formal paediatric training. During the session we will look at The Healthy Child Programme, the 6-8 week check, screening, what to do when things go wrong, and common reasons to refer.

RCGP South West Wales Faculty Board Meeting - June 2025

Our Faculty Board meets quarterly (February, June, September, and November), primarily online. It comprises GP volunteers, lay representatives, and members from groups like First5 and GP registrars. Volunteers bring insights, share local updates, and shape general practice. The board represents local views at RCGP Wales and Council meetings. We encourage local GPs to join and contribute actively.
