Health and work in general practice courses

The RCGP Health and Work programme is designed to help GPs manage work and health issues in their patient population.

The purpose of the workshops is to:

  • increase the knowledge, skills and confidence of GPs in dealing with clinical issues relating to work and health
  • signpost additional means of support which will enable GPs and their teams to be confident that they are providing the best possible care for patients
  • give up to date and expert advice about using the electronic fit note.

The training is run by experts in the field of health and work who have been involved in the development of the new fit note guidance, so your queries and concerns about the use of the fit note should be answered. This is a fast-paced, interactive half day workshop that has proved for many to influence their practice.

New dates coming soon. Please keep checking this page for further details.
