First5 to Partnership (In-Person)

First5 to partnership is a dynamic new programme that aims to support GPs who are in their first five years after qualifying. Led by an experienced GP coach, this programme includes workshops to offer practical tools and techniques, short webinars throughout the year, an annual networking event and ongoing peer support through a closed WhatsApp group. The course will take place in person over two half-day sessions on Thursday 18 September, 09:30-16:30 and Thursday 30 October, 09:30-16:30 at the Edinburgh Training & Conference Venue.

RCGP Wales - Joint Injection 18 September

This 1-day Joint Injection course is aimed at practitioners working with musculoskeletal patients who would like to improve their assessment, diagnosis and management of musculoskeletal conditions, including the role of, the theory behind and practical use of corticosteroid joint and soft tissue injections. The course is suitable for all skill levels. This is a highly practical course and consists of a series of short and punchy lectures in the morning, followed by hands-on demonstrations and supervised practice for the remainder of the day.
