Active Bystander Training

Our working environment is fundamental to achieving one’s full potential. The key principles of achieving a supportive working environment include fostering relationships, inclusion and belonging. This training emphasises the importance of a supportive working and educational environment using Active Bystander skills. Active Bystander training empowers participants to recognise and challenge negative behaviours that impact our experiences and outcomes. RCGP South West Wales Faculty Board Meeting - September 2025
