In this session we are going to cover when situations may arise where your duty of confidentiality needs to be carefully considered and also look at seeking consent as this underpins even the most routine interactions. This seminar looks at the ethical and legal challenges in this complex area and will help you find out more about your responsibilities and when to seek MDU advice.
