Change of SCA results date
April SCA and May SCA
The results for the April and May SCA examinations will now be released to trainees on 2 May 2024 and 6 June 2024 respectively. This is one week later than originally announced, and we are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
This is to ensure we have sufficient examiners available to mark, and to avoid limiting the number of trainees able to sit the examination. We are reviewing the timelines for future diets and are currently completing a very successful recruitment process for new examiners to ensure we can meet the needs of the training community.
The SCA at a glance:
- An assessment of twelve simulated consultations, each lasting twelve minutes
- Conducted remotely in a local GP surgery
- Sat only during ST3 training year
