2012 Clinical Excellence Awards (ACCEA)

The College is the nominating body for senior academic general practitioners for the Clinical Excellence Awards at national level.

The College will be updating its guidance on the awards, but in the meantime, the ACCEA has published its forms for the 2012 round for candidates to begin drafting their applications beforehand.

Clinical Excellence Awards Scheme - (Form A)

Optional form to accompany new applications. Supplementary CV questionnaire for assessment of research and innovation (Form D)
Optional form to accompany new applications. Supplementary CV questionnaire for assessment of teaching and training (Form E)
