Minor Surgery Update/Refresher

This one day Minor Surgery course is designed as an update and refresher course for GPs who are already practising minor surgery on a regular basis.

Topics include: basic surgical technique, suturing techniques, removal of cysts and lipomas, dermatological surgery, cryosurgery, medico-legal, infection control & administration.

The programme consists of a series of incisive lectures and interactive small group work using the latest advances in the technology of simulated tissue. There will be a full range of equipment available to provide the widest possible practical experience.
