EquIP Cymru
EquIP Cymru is a consortium of major
health organisations promoting disability equality within primary
care across Wales.
Through this partnership it draws upon a wide
range of experience and advice relating to disabled people,
disability issues and the primary care sector.
The group is professionally led by RCGP Wales
with full support from GPC Wales and also provides disability
training for primary care settings such as surgeries and
practices.
This website has been set up with the needs of
patients and health care professionals interested in disability
equality for primary care in mind.
It contains information on disability
guidelines and important news and lists details about upcoming
disability courses and conferences.
