Migraine and cluster headaches

This course discussed the recognition, diagnosis and management of cluster headaches, as well as how to differentiate migraine with aura from a TIA, and the situations in which this may not be clinically possible and it is sensible to err on the side of caution and refer. A screencast also gives information on new migraine drugs which you may see being started in secondary care, to be continued by the GP.

Research & Surveillance Centre: Developing research & surveillance capabilities

This short session invites all general practice staff to learn about the Oxford-RCGP Research and Surveillance Centre (RSC) and its past, present, and future trials. The presenters will delve into the latest RSC initiatives, discuss updates to the research program, and showcase the RSC’s achievements.
