We assisted a practice in developing a new leadership structure and rectify a number of issues in preparation for a successful CQC re-inspection.
Since 2017, we have worked in partnership with Greater Manchester Health and Social Care Partnership (equivalent to STPs in other parts of England) to develop and deliver a long-term primary care transformation project to 480 GP practices in Greater Manchester.
