Yoga is a simple practice where we focus on physical and mental stillness to reduce stress and increase flexibility and should help you unwind. Join us and allow our experienced Yoga teacher, Roessa Marks to guide you through a yoga class designed specifically with GPs in mind. There will be options to suit both absolute beginners and those who have been practicing longer.
