Background

A well-informed patient is in the best position to make informed choices about their health care and key family members or carers are more able to support the patient when they have access to the GP records.  This is very true of end of life care.  Many parts of the country have EPaCCS systems running that help health professionals communicate to provide the best care with full knowledge of important medical information and patient preferences.  Patient Online provides similar benefits and more to the individual patient and their carers.  Every practice can offer this service safely and efficiently. This webinar is designed to explain how.
