Prescriptive - Valued and Appreciated Event

Dr Linda Miller (coach and GP appraiser) ran a new peer support series that used appreciative enquiry, leadership techniques from coaching, supervision, consultancy, and humanities to wind down from GP work. It helped participants find positive things to reflect on for appraisals, so that appraisals were more supportive. Due to demand for a repeat in a central location, the North and West London Faculty is pleased to announce a monthly facilitated group meeting, free to NWL RCGP members.
