Eye care vouchers
The College contributes £20 pounds towards eye tests and £55 towards spectacles for VDU users.
Membership of professional body fees
Where membership is relevant and appropriate to the job the College will pay for one professional membership fee each year.
The flexi-time system allows employees to vary their start and finish times to ensure they fulfil their contractual commitments to the College. There is also the ability to bank time to allow employees to carry out personal or family commitments.
Life Assurance is provided at four times salary, during employment, to employees who are in the pension scheme.
Long service award
The College makes a small financial award for staff achieving long service.
The College operates a defined contribution pension scheme where employees pay a minimum 4% contribution per month through salary sacrifice. The College pays 8% per month.
Permanent health insurance
The College provides permanent health insurance, during employment, to employees who are in the pension scheme.
Season ticket loan
The College offers a season ticket loan to employees once they have passed their probation period (6 months).
The College will pay up to £50 per rolling year for you to attend a course, evening class, fitness suite, or other activity which will benefit your wellbeing. Employees must have passed probation to qualify.
