Changing your personal details

1. Online

Existing members of the College can update their details online via the following link  http://integra.rcgp.org.uk/membersarea entering their username and password. Please note that your username may be your email address or GMC number. If you have forgotten your password, you will be able to obtain this by clicking on 'Forgotten your password' on the same page or by contacting the Membership Support Department on 020 7589 8710.

The online update services can also be accessed via the 'Members' Area' , where brief instructions on editing personal details online (including screenshots) can be found.

Details you can amend online:

• Main address details
• Main contact telephone number
• Main email address
• Special interests
• Additional roles
• Ethnicity (if incorrect or unknown to the College)
• Gender (if allocated incorrectly) 
• Password
• Prompt question details for forgotten passwords
• AKT identification (Associates in Training only)

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU ARE MOVING FROM UK => OVERSEAS AND VICE VERSA, YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT THE MEMBERSHIP SUPPORT DEPARMENT IN ORDER THAT THE APPROPRIATE SUBSCRIPTION FEES/DISCOUNTS CAN BE APPLIED TO YOUR RECORD.

2. By phone or email

If you are unable to change your details online, or if you wish to amend any of the below listed information, please contact the Membership Support Department on 020 7589 8710 or email membership@rcgp.org.uk

• Surname (e.g. married name)

• Initials or first names

• Title (if other than Dr)

• GMC number (if incorrect)

• Professional status

• Membership fees and discounts

• Addresses additional to your mailing address

• Telephone numbers additional to your main contact number

MISCELLANEOUS MAILINGS

The RCGP will, from time to time, use your email or mailing address for the purposes of sending you information about products and services which the RCGP believes will be of interest to you and in promoting the College (e.g. information about forthcoming events, bookshop offers, etc.). If you wish to be excluded from receiving such information, please contact the Membership Support Department on the above number or email membership@rcgp.org.uk
