Help Using the RCGP Website

Norton Internet Security / Firewall and Full text journals
If have the above installed and are trying to access the full
text journals through the members area, you need to follow the
following steps:
Click on
Start > Norton Internet
Security > Norton Internet Security
(or Norton Firewall if you have that
installed)
Once the program loads up, if
you click the Norton Internet Security tab on the
left hand side pane
On the right hand pane you
should see a list of options which will include
Security
Outbreak
Alert
Personal
Firewall
Towards the bottom of this list
there is an optional called Privacy Control, you
just need to click once on this option, and you should be able to
turn it off
After the above steps have been
followed, you will need to restart your machine.
