Welcome to Library Services
Library stock includes a unique reference collection of MD and
PhD Theses from General Practice, an international selection of
primary care journals, and a loan collection of College
publications. The Library Catalogue contains material that traces
the evolution of General Practice and Primary Care within the
National Health Service, and contains many articles, reports and
books by Members of the College. Members may request articles and
loans from stock using the online Library Catalogue, and
remote access is provided to full-text articles from many of our
journals via our A-Z e-journals portal.
The Library is open to all College members. Non-members are
also welcome, but should telephone the Library at least one day in
advance to make an appointment. Please see Opening Hours for
