Accessing BJGP

The following instructions are for RCGP Members who would like to access BJGP articles online:

1. On the left menu, select 'Online journal'.
2. Under Current issues, select 'Members', then enter your RCGP member ID and password.
3. This will take you to the BJGP Members' Page. On that page, click on 'Access Online Journal Articles'.
4. You should now be able to view BJGP online. Scroll down to view the index of BJGP content.
5. Navigate between articles by clicking on the blue highlighted text: '<previous', 'next>', or 'contents'.

Troubleshooting:

• Make sure you are using your RCGP member ID and password (rather than an Ingenta Personal Subscription login)
• Your RCGP ID and password are case sensitive, so if you are unable to login, please try with cap-lock on/off. Try different combinations, and make a note of the correct combination
• Make sure that there is no additional space on either side of your login and password when you enter them
• You will know that you are logged in when you reach step 4 (above) and there is a yellow 'S' symbol to the left of each journal item
• If you do not know your RCGP Member ID and password, email: membership@rcgp.org.uk
• If you are an RCGP Associate in Training and do not know your ID and password, email: ait@rcgp.org.uk  
• If you are still having problems, please email the journal office: journal@rcgp.org.uk
