Mac Files
• All files should be supplied using
QuarkXPress, Freehand, Illustrator, PageMaker or Photoshop, Other
programmes may be acceptable, please ask.
PC Files
• We can accept most PC formatted
work.
Pictures/Logos/Fonts
•Colour images should be CMYK [where
applicable]
•Colour and greyscale images should be 300dpi
• Lineart images should be 1200dpi
• Images should be saved as TIFF or EPS
• Please state if any files have JPEG encoding
• All fonts should be supplied – or can be
embedded or converted to paths.
Sending Files:
• We can accept the following formats:
CDRom, PDF, Floppy Disk, Iomega Zip 100mb & 250mb.
• Files can also be sent via ISDN to: 01325 245550. If possible,
compress files into a self-extracting stuffit or WinZip archive or
save images using JPEG encoding.
• Files can be emailed to: advertising@rcgp.org.uk. If emailing
files please ensure that all fonts are compressed into a stuffit or
WinZip self-extracting archive.
• Where possible please ensure a colour
proof is supplied with your disk.
Supplying films
• All film should be supplied positive,
right reading, emulsion side down, 150lpi-175lpi, with colour
proof.
