What We Offer

Leadership competencies form part of the RCGP curriculum for general practice, the educational framework for doctors training in UK general practice.

"Over a 5 year period the GPs should not only consider clinical learning and development but also the competencies around leadership and management, recognising the importance of all doctors' role in a safe system of healthcare for patients (www.institute.nhs.uk/medicalleadership)"
