The PMA ILM Level 3 and Level 5 Diplomas in Leadership and Management are an ideal way to enhance the skills and knowledge required to further your career and attain an internationally recognised qualification.

There is an option for everyone, regardless of current levels of experience. All trainers are experts in their fields, extremely capable and approachable. The PMA provide all the support you need to make sure your study time is as valuable and enjoyable as possible. When successfully completed, you can put the credits you receive towards a BSc or MSc if you so wish to do so.

As an ESFA Approved Training Provider, co-funding is available from ESFA, meeting most of the cost of the PMA ILM accredited diploma courses.

PMA GP Assistant Practice Manager - ILM Level 3 Diploma in Leadership and Management

This course and qualification is ideal for those aspiring to a management role and who may subsequently move into full practice management. It is suitable for new or existing employees who are expected to develop the skills necessary to lead or manage teams. Candidates are expected to have some management responsibilities such as supporting, managing and developing team members, leading projects or planning and monitoring workloads and resources. They could also be responsible for delivering operational plans, resolving problems, or building work relationships with colleagues at the same level or above.

PMA GP Practice Manager - ILM Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management

This course is designed for those already working in an established management role. It is set at a standard suitable for those who are managing teams or projects and are responsible for achieving operational or departmental goals as part of their organisation’s strategy. They may be accountable to a more senior manager or the business owners. Other responsibilities may include managing change, financial and resource management, talent management, coaching and mentoring.
