QPA  Re-accreditation

The Quailty Pratice Award is valid for 5 years.

The process for re-accreditation is the same as applying for QPA for new practices.  The costs and timescale for completion are the same. The only difference is that a copy of the previous visit report should be included with the application documentation.

For a seamless transition from one version of QPA to another, a practice should seriously think about reapplying no less than 18 months (the current time allocation for completion) before the current version expires.

The most current version is available in QPA Essential Guidance.
