QPA costs
The cost of QPA to practices is as follows:
£3,600 for practices with a list size of less than 5,000
£3,900 for practices with a list size of greater than 5,000
£800 of the fee is payable upon application.
A bound hardcopy of the current QPA Handbook (version 11) can be
purchased for £15. These are available through order from your
regional
office.
The same costs apply to practices seeking
re-accreditation.
Group Practices
Depending on the practice structure, group practices may be
subject to a modified QPA costing. Please contact your
regional office for further information.
Transfer costs
The process of transferring between versions for those practices
that have been unable to complete QPA within their initial time
frame has changed. Those practices wishing to transfer will have to
pay an additional £200 fee to cover administration costs. This is a
non-reimbursable charge which is in addition to the cost of taking
the award.
