Primary Care Management of Multiple Sclerosis
This session covers the primary care management aspects of
multiple sclerosis.
At the end of the session, you should be able
to:
• Manage primary contact with patients who have MS.
• Coordinate care with other primary care health professionals,
such as occupational therapists, physiotherapists and district
nurses to enable chronic disease management and
rehabilitation.
