Removal of Patients from GPs' Lists: Guidance for College Members. (pdf, 126 kb )
 
Arising from the PPG as an issue of concern, the booklet aims to give clear guidance on situations which justify and do not justify removal from a doctor's list. It is hoped that by following the advice in the booklet, potentially difficult or distressing situations can be solved to help avoid the irretrievable breakdown of the doctor/patient relationship. The original guidance was revised in September 2004.
