The Foundation Council Award is given occasionally for special
meritorious work connected with the College. This is one of the
College’s top awards and has previously been awarded to
distinguished members including past Chairmen and Officers of
Council.
Award: Silver gavel on an ebony block awarded
at the Spring General Meeting
Eligibility: All members (except Members of
the Foundation Council)
Applications:
Nominations should be made in confidence to the Chairman of
the Awards Committee. The nomination should include the candidate’s
CV, plus at least two letters of support. Nominations to be
submitted by March/April.
