Disability Care Award

The annual Disability Care Award is presented
by the Royal College of General Practitioners
(RCGP). The award recognises service excellence for
disabled people by GPs and doctor’s surgeries. Any GP or doctor’s
surgery in the UK is eligible for the award, and any individual or
group of patients may nominate their GP or his/her practice for the
Disability Care Award.
