Patients’ Experiences of Local Health Services

Professor Steve Field, Chairman of the RCGP, said:
“We are delighted with the results of this
survey which shows very high patient satisfaction rates. This
reaffirms that patients value the relationship and care they
receive from their GP. The RCGP will continue to work closely with
our members to raise the bar and provide good quality care to our
patients.
“Family doctors are some of the most trusted
professionals in the UK and the figures reflect this. Patients
deserve quality healthcare wherever they live in the UK and GPs and
their teams constantly strive to ensure they offer the best
possible care to patients at all times.”
