Professor Mayur Lakhani, Chair of the Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP) says:

The results of this survey are very encouraging as they indicate that patient satisfaction is high and that GPs are continuing to strive to make primary care even more accessible and responsive to the needs and concerns of patients.
“The RCGP is pleased to see that the survey shows high levels of satisfaction with clinical services and a significant improvement in access to the GP and supporting services.”
