Achievement Categories
Candidates can submit a portfolio of evidence in
one, any or all
of six achievement categories, which reflect the range of their
past and current roles and activities, together with a detailed
Personal Statement of their past and current roles and
activities.
The achievement categories are:
Candidates in active clinical practice must
submit in the Clinical Practice Category.
Please note that as from August 2009, Fellowship candidates
are no longer able to apply in the Clinical Practice achievement
category alone. For those candidates who intend to make an
application solely or predominantly under the Clinical Practice
category, it is now a mandatory requirement to also submit within
the Patient-Centred Practice achievement category. It is possible
to apply within another of the remaining achievement categories in
addition to the Clinical Practice category (e.g. Clinical Practice
and Leadership).
