The RCGP and Crohn's and Colitis UK invite you to attend a one day workshop that will help you manage patients with Inflammatory Bowel Disease.

There will be opportunities for networking and reflection of how the content will both support your practice and provide suggestions for future CPD work.

By the end of the workshop attendees will have:

  • increased awareness and knowledge of the symptoms and impact of Inflammatory Bowel Disease
  • Improved awareness of the tests that can be used in primary care, including faecal calprotectin, to investigate patients presenting with lower gastrointestinal symptoms
  • improved knowledge and understanding of the management of flare-ups and the long-term complications of Inflammatory Bowel Disease
  • Up to date knowledge of how primary care and voluntary organisations can support patients with Inflammatory Bowel Disease
