Now in its third year of accreditation with the RCGP we have gained very high feedback from delegates and all comment on how safe, confident and well supported they feel following attendance. There are lectures and discussions while allowing time for simulation and practice on mannequins before culminating in treating live models. All delegates will get suitable time to treat live models, receive a course booklet, samples of injection records and consent forms. All equipment for the day will be provided. As the use of Botulinum toxin continues to grow and evolve so it is important that GPs understand the common uses, side effects and be able to deal with its complications. GPs, even if not directly administering Botulinum toxin directly are very likely to encounter patients who have had Botulinum toxin.
