Wellbeing is an increasingly important topic in general practice. This RCGPNI event will help you look after yourself, so that you can take the best care of your patients.

Are you or are you to soon be a new GP parent? Concerned about going back to work and how to find a work/life balance? The morning session is for you! The aim is to provide advice and career support to new parents, including:

  • Learn more about parental entitlements
  • Hear from a local GP on her experience getting back into work

If you are interested in crèche facilities, please contact michelle.newell@rcgp.org.uk

The afternoon session is open to all GPs and aims to provide advice as well as practical demonstrations, including:

  • Undertake a mindfulness session
  • How to be more assertive in work

When registering please ensure you register for half day (AM or PM) or full day.

Certificates of attendance will be provided.
