Dr Edward Snelson Consultant in Paediatrics and Paediatric Emergency Medicine

Edward is a consultant in the Emergency Department. He is the lead person for the Children's Advanced Trauma (CAT) course and the Children's Intermediate Trauma (CIT) course.

Having been a General Practitioner in Sheffield for over five years before becoming a paediatrician, he works closely with GPs to develop links and education between hospital and community care. Within this role, Edward works as an author and also as a visiting fellow at the Sheffield Hallam University.
