Whilst we endeavour to provide a 'gold standard' service to all course participants, if you are registering less than 72 hours before the start of the event, you should be aware that some materials may not be readily available on the day and we may contact you with regards to catering arrangements.

Full day course, lively and fast paced mixture of facilitator led discussion and debate. Designed to enable your practice team to become more focused, collaborative and accountable by focusing on the self awareness of individual and team processes, together with their performing and continuous adaptation in response to patient and customer needs or changes in the environment. Group exercised and personal reflections on participants historic and future approaches to team working. All exercises and case studies will be relevant to a GP practice. Delegates will leave with a series of practical can start doing tomorrow actions to help build and strengthen team dynamics. There will also be opportunity to develop relationships and share best practice.

What is an Effective Team? Team Dynamics assessment, forming a trusting team, disconnections around communications, making it happen and action planning.
