Join us on 2 May 2018 for this top rated CBT course

Led by Dr Paul Blenkiron, delegates will discover and discuss the wide and varying range of conditions that benefit from CBT and will give you a deeper understanding of just exactly what CBT is and how it can be applied in practice.

Core topics covered on this one-day course are:

  • What is CBT?
  • Depression
  • Anxiety and mindfulness

This is a great course for both members and non-members who are looking for further knowledge and training in this increasingly important area of general practice in an enjoyable and approachable environment.

The course will be held in the Jorvik Suite at the Principle Hotel, York. Registration will open at 08:45 and the course will commence at 09:15. The Principle Hotel is ideally situated for those arriving by train, as the hotel is adjacent to York station. For those arriving by car, secure parking is available at the hotel and is charged at £15 per day, subject to availability. Nearby parking is plentiful with York Station car park being the closest, which also operates a charging tariff.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided throughout the day. Please state any dietary requirements in your booking.

Thank you for considering CBT 2018. We hope to see you there!

Please note: This course always proves popular and we anticipate places will fill quickly. Please don't delay your registration, as we only offer this CBT course once a year.
