We all know that eating is not a luxury; it’s a biological necessity, and as Virginia Woolf once famously said "One cannot think well, love well, sleep well, if one has not dined well.”As part of the Wellbeing programme the College is offering this free evening cookery session to its members and invites members’ partners or children (14+) to join them later in the evening to eat the meals they’ve created.

With so many conflicting messages and fads around diets, this is the opportunity to enjoy getting back to the basics.  During each evening you’ll be able to create from scratch and then devour a delicious and healthy meal with fellow GP’s, ask questions of our expert facilitators and learn about nutrition. All food ingredients and drink will be provided.
